Whitelisting Domains for VPN

If your organization uses a VPN or firewall to control internet access, your IT team may need to allowlist WorkBoard's domains and IP addresses.

Overview

If your organization uses a VPN or firewall to control internet access, your IT team may need to allowlist (whitelist) certain WorkBoard domains and IP addresses. If your organization doesn't restrict access this way, you don't need to do anything.

Domains

Allowlist the domain for the region your WorkBoard is hosted in:

  • *.myworkboard.com (United States)

  • *.myworkboard.eu (Europe)

IP addresses

Add the IP range for your region. If you're not sure which region you're in, add both. The one you don't use does no harm.

Region

IP range (CIDR block)

IP addresses

United States

20.3.82.240/28

20.3.82.240 – 20.3.82.255 (16 addresses)

Europe

51.124.198.136/29

51.124.198.136 – 51.124.198.143 (8 addresses)

Allowlist the whole range, not just some addresses in it. WorkBoard uses every address in the range.

Our IP addresses changed on October 9, 2026

If people in your organization can't reach WorkBoard after October 9, 2026, your allowlist probably still has our old IP addresses. Add the ranges above to fix it.

We no longer use these old addresses, so you can remove them from your allowlist:

  • US: 52.250.24.171, 52.143.78.136, 52.250.38.80, 20.69.74.53, 20.99.182.227, 40.64.110.178, 40.91.121.169

  • EU: 51.144.60.186, 51.144.61.24, 20.23.185.195, 20.86.227.60
