Overview
This article provides a quick tour of WorkBoard navigation and key entry points, including Objectives, Teamwork, Biz Reviews, global search, and item creation, so you can find information quickly and take action confidently.
Objectives
The Objectives menu in the top navigation is the starting point for viewing and navigating OKRs. It provides access to key Objectives views and includes Favorites and Recents to quickly return to commonly used or recently viewed items.

My Objectives: View OKRs and Key Results in a single place for tracking progress and reviewing priorities.
Heatmap: Scan OKR progress/health in a visual overview to quickly identify areas that may require attention.
Alignment: Review how OKRs connect and roll up across levels to understand ownership and alignment.
Timeline: Review OKR progress and updates over time to support ongoing check-ins and review cadence.
Favorites: Saved items for faster access from the Objectives menu.
Recents: Recently accessed items for quick return to prior views.
Tip: Add the Objectives views accessed most often to Favorites for faster navigation.
Teamwork
The Teamwork menu in the top navigation is the hub for execution in WorkBoard. It provides access to execution views for managing assigned work, tracking work by initiative, and reviewing execution across teams, with Favorites and Recents for faster return to key views.

My Work: Assigned work items with quick filters (for example This week, Today, and All) to support prioritization.
Workstreams: Work grouped by workstream/initiative to track progress across related items.
Teams: Team-level execution view for visibility into priorities and work in progress.
My Direct Dotted: Manager view of work for direct and dotted-line reports.
Favorites: Saved Teamwork items for faster access from the Teamwork menu.
Recents: Recently accessed Teamwork items to quickly return to prior views.
Tip: Save frequently used teams or workstreams to Favorites for faster access.
Meetings & Reviews (Biz Reviews)
The Meetings & Reviews menu provides access to Biz Reviews for operating cadence reviews. Biz Reviews support structured, data-driven reviews (for example MBRs and QBRs) by organizing the key metrics, outcomes, and progress updates that teams review on a recurring basis.
Biz Reviews: A centralized area for creating, organizing, and accessing review packages used in recurring business reviews. Reviews are typically grouped by team or function and support consistent review preparation and execution over time.
Scorecards: A core component of Biz Reviews that presents the items under review in a structured format, including progress and supporting details. Scorecards can be configured to reflect the metrics and information required for a specific review and maintained over time using rows, columns, and automations.
9-Dot Menu
The 9-dot menu provides access to additional WorkBoard capabilities outside of the primary navigation. These options may vary by role and permissions.
WoBo Canvas: A collaborative whiteboard for brainstorming, running retros, and drafting OKRs.
WoBo Strategy: Provides access to company long-range strategy and how it connects to Objectives and Key Results.
Admin tools: Administrative settings and configuration options (available based on permissions).
Governance: Governance and policy-related controls for managing how WorkBoard is used (available based on permissions).

Org engagement: Engagement views that support visibility into organizational participation and activity.
Global search
Global search provides a single place to find items across WorkBoard, including OKRs and execution content. Results can be filtered by item type, and recently visited pages are available to support faster navigation.

Search in: Scope results by selecting a category (for example OKRs, Teams, People, Actions, Workstreams, Biz Reviews, or Meetings).
Recent items: Recently accessed items appear below the search categories for quick navigation.
Search all: Opens the full results view across WorkBoard.
Create (New items)
The Create button provides a consistent way to create new items from anywhere in WorkBoard. It opens a menu of available item types so work can be captured and created without navigating to a specific page first.

Action Item: Create a trackable action for an owner, due date, and follow-up.
Workstream: Create a workstream to organize related work and track execution against an outcome.
Meeting: Create a meeting item to support ongoing team or 1:1 conversations.
Biz review: Create a Biz Review package for operating cadence reviews such as MBRs and QBRs.
Objectives: Create an Objective and associated Key Results (based on permissions).
Team: Create a team item (based on permissions).
