Start every day anchored on your highest priorities.
Each weekday morning, your agent generates a Daily Focus — a personalized briefing built from everything in your WorkBoard. It scans your OKRs, workstreams, team activity, action items, and connected data to identify what matters most today. Instead of piecing together priorities from multiple places, you get a clear plan for the day in seconds. The more data you connect, the sharper and more precise your briefing becomes.
Your Daily Focus briefing includes three sections — Priority Items, Follow Ups, and Meeting Agendas (1on1 Prep).
Receiving Your Daily Focus
Your Daily Focus is delivered automatically each morning based on your notification preferences. You can receive it in Slack, Microsoft Teams, or email, making it easy to review your priorities wherever you start your day.
From the notification, simply click the link to open your agent and jump directly into your full Daily Focus briefing, where you can quickly scan priorities, follow-ups, and meeting agendas for the day.
You can also click Daily Focus in the left sidebar of your agent. Use the Previous and Today navigation at the top right to review or revisit briefings from past days.
Priority items
Priority items are the OKRs, key results, and execution risks your agent has identified as needing your attention today. For each item, your agent explains its reasoning — why it surfaced it — and suggests concrete next steps to move things forward.
To turn a suggested next step into a task, click Create Action. Your agent creates the action item in WorkBoard and shares a link to it in the chat. Once created, the Action will get added to your to-do list in WorkBoard.
Follow Ups
Follow Ups are items assigned to your team members that your agent has flagged as overdue or at risk of slipping. Your agent surfaces these as a prompt to check in and keep things moving.
Open the items, add comments to ping on them to get the latest status!
Meeting Agendas
For each upcoming 1on1 on your calendar, your agent prepares a suggested agenda based on what's happening with that person's OKRs, workstreams, and recent activity. Each agenda item includes the agent's reasoning and a list of discussion questions to help you make the most of the meeting.
Turning Daily Focus on or off
Daily Focus is controlled by the Daily Memo job in your agent's responsibilities. If it's turned on, your agent generates the briefing automatically each morning. You can turn it off at any time from Agent Settings → Responsibilities.
Important Notes
Daily Focus is generated at 6am each day and is not sent on weekends.
The quality of your Daily Focus improves as you connect more external data sources — Teams channels, Jira, Salesforce, meeting transcripts, and more all contribute to a richer briefing.
The Meeting Agendas section currently covers 1on1 meetings only. Team and group meetings are not yet included.
When Daily Focus is delivered by email or Microsoft Teams, it shows a condensed version. Clicking through opens the full briefing in WorkBoard in your browser.
Links within your Daily Focus open in a new browser tab.
You can review previous days' Daily Focus plans using the Previous navigation. Future dates are not available.
