If you have two separate recurring meetings that should really be one ongoing series — for example, two 1on1s that were each created independently, or a series that got accidentally split by a calendar change — you can merge them together into a single series.
Before you merge
You can only merge series for which you are an organizer. When merged, all agendas of the selected series will appear within the same Series List. This cannot be undone.
You must be the organizer of both series you're merging.
Merging cannot be undone. There is no way to split a merged series back apart. If you're not sure, don't merge — end one series's recurrence instead and start a new one going forward.
Merge Series is available for recurring team meetings, not 1on1s.
How to merge a series
Open one of the recurring meetings you want to merge.
Next to the date, select View Series.
In the Series list panel, click the kebab (⋮) menu.
Select Merge a Series.
In the Select a series to merge window, find the series you want to merge into this one:
Narrow by date range (defaults to a rolling ~1-month window), and/or
Filter by name to search for the series title.
Select the matching series from the results.
Click Merge.
Once merged, all past and future events from both series appear together in a single Series list, under the series you merged into.
