Delivering feedback can be difficult. Sofia helps you craft clear, actionable feedback using the SBI (Situation-Behavior-Impact) framework. She'll ask who the feedback is for, your relationship to that person, and what happened — then draft a structured message you can refine and send.
1on1 pre-read
Walk into every 1on1 fully prepared. Ask Sofia for a pre-read on a direct report and she'll pull together a performance summary based on their OKRs and recent actions — so you know exactly what to acknowledge, address, and ask about.
My progress
Preparing for a conversation with your own manager? Ask Sofia for a summary of your accomplishments and progress. She'll compile your OKRs and actions into a structured overview for whatever timeframe you need — defaulting to the past week, with support for up to a year.
Thought partner
Use Sofia as a sounding board for leadership challenges — navigating a difficult team dynamic, preparing for a hard conversation, or thinking through a decision. She's available any time you need a trusted perspective.
Proactive Job
Suggested Kudos
Sofia proactively surfaces kudos suggestions based on your team members' recent accomplishments — so recognizing great work never slips through the cracks. You can turn this on or off from Agent Settings → Responsibilities.
Important Notes

Bookmarks are not currently available in the Leadership Coach. You can bookmark OKR lists and Scorecards in your Digital Chief of Staff.
