Overview
KPI notifications help keep users informed when important KPI activity happens in WorkBoard. These notifications are designed to make sure owners, co-owners, team members, and mentioned users are aware of changes without needing to manually check the platform.
WorkBoard can automatically send KPI notifications for key events such as KPI assignments, team assignments, @mentions, and snapshots. Depending on the event and your organization’s configuration, notifications may be delivered through in-app notifications, email, Slack, or Microsoft Teams.
Notification delivery is based on:
the type of KPI event
the user’s notification preferences
whether Slack or Microsoft Teams integrations are enabled
What KPI notifications do
WorkBoard automatically sends notifications when:
A user is assigned as the owner or co-owner of a KPI
A KPI is assigned to a team
A user is @mentioned in a KPI comment or KPI update note
A snapshot is created
These notifications help users stay informed in real time and take action quickly.
