Activating your Agents
Who can access WorkBoard Agents?
Agents are only available to Intelligent Enterprise customers.
Within those accounts, WorkBoardAI agents are currently only available for users who Manage or Co-manage at least one team. WorkBoard's agents are a Chief of Staff and Leadership Coach that help managers and leaders operate more efficiently.
Getting started & downloading the Desktop App
From the top Navigation click the My Agents button.

Sofia is your personal Leader Coach
We highly recommend that you Install the Desktop App so that agents feel like dedicated tools rather than just another browser tab. This allows you to keep the WorkBoard app open while using other browser tabs for research or related work.
To activate your agents, click the Let's get started button for each agent and you are off to the races!
Tuning your Agents
As you activate your agents, there are a couple of steps that can help you tune your agents as you get started!
Setting Up Integrations
We highly recommend that you make sure your WorkBoard account is integrated so your agents can send you timely notifications on Slack or Teams and help your prepare for your upcoming meetings.

Connecting External Data
Connect external apps to your agent to give it the context it needs to provide more relevant, actionable support. By granting access to specific data from Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, Jira, Azure DevOps, and your meetings, your agent can understand what’s happening across your work and use that information to build daily briefs, surface risks, and analyze progress and roadblocks in your strategy execution.
To add an external source, open Settings → Data access and select Add External Source. You then choose the apps you want to connect and authorize access.
Chief of Staff Team Purview & Responsibilities
Your Chief of Staff helps run the operating cadence for the teams you manage or co-manage. You can change which teams it supports at any time from the Teams tab in the Agent Settings modal.
Your digital staff can also proactively run a number of jobs to support the teams you lead. You can opt in or out of these capabilities anytime from the Responsibilities tab in Agent Settings.
These settings can be updated at any time as your needs evolve.
